Shea Dittrich, Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives
Shea Dittrich is Managing Director of Strategic Initiatives for Dittrich & Associates. His extensive background in commercial real estate analysis, marketing, and training are critical in helping Dittrich & Associates determine the vision of Dittrich & Associates and its community banking partners. Shea leads the efforts of reaching out to banks to discuss their needs and implementing a plan that ensures their long term success. He is active in numerous banking associations and also actively researches the ongoing changes and policies that affect the banking industry.
Shea worked his way through college at Avila University by working in retail banking and gaining a fundamental understanding of banking principles. Following college, he began a successful career in real estate, focusing on investment analysis and complicated real estate tax strategies. During this time, he also taught real estate courses in “1031 exchanges” and “Intro to Commercial Real Estate”.
Following the successful sale of his brokerage firm in 2007, Shea began working in commercial real estate research and sales with CoStar Group, a software firm serving commercial real estate professionals, capital groups, and financial institutions nationwide. This experience allowed Shea to further broaden his skills in analysis and valuation methodologies.
Shea is married with two kids and resides in Peachtree City, Georgia.
W. Leroy Land, Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Mr. Land has over 35 years experience in the banking industry and in bank consulting. Currently Mr. Land is the Project Manager on his third Loss Share Agreement Management Contract. Prior to joining Dittrich, he served as a Receivership Assistance Contractor Asset Manager at two different FDIC Receiverships. He assisted with the liquidation of a $1.2 Billion commercial real estate loan portfolio. Mr. Land served as the Asset Manager of Loan Operations in his last FDIC Receivership contract.
He has served in Senior Management of various Real Estate Mortgage companies. During the days of the Resolution Trust Corporation, Mr. Land served as a Site Manager for the consulting firm of Grijalva & Allen, Coopers and Lybrand and Grant Thornton. He handled over 13 Receiverships supervising asset liquidation, loan servicing, bulk sales, reporting and SAMDA contract oversight.
For over 19 years he served as a Senior Officer in several Savings and Loan Associations. Mr. Land has excellent leadership skills and serves in management positions for Dittrich.
Mary Williams, Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Mrs. Williams is an experienced professional with a successful 30 year career in banking, consulting and administration. Specialties include development and restructure of commercial Credit Administration and Loan Administration functions; commercial credit risk management, underwriting and internal loan review; bank compliance under supervisory and loss share agreements; policy and procedure development; develop and implementation of credit training curriculum. Mrs. Williams is currently serving as Project Manager on a work-out bank project; she is also manager of Dittrich & Associates’ Loan Review Division. She has served as a consultant on two Loss Share Agreement Management Contracts. Prior to joining Dittrich she was in commercial banking in Oklahoma and Arkansas, most recently as a Community Market President for a $10 Billion bank in Oklahoma. Other positions held include Vice President and Commercial Lender, Vice President in Credit Administration, Vice President and Loan Review Manager/Mergers and Acquisitions. Mrs. Williams also worked as a Senior Asset Manager for FSLIC during the Savings and Loan crisis. She possesses excellent interpersonal, analytical, training and organization skills.
Karen Nelson, Senior Consultant/Assistant Project Manager
Karen has over 30 years experience in the banking industry. Currently she serves as a Single Family Residential Loan Workout Specialist working on her third Loss Share Agreement Management Contract. Prior to joining Dittrich, Mrs. Nelson worked as a Contractor with an FDIC Receivership Assistance Contractor in a $500 MM receivership, managing a commercial real estate loan portfolio. She did credit analysis, loan modifications and compromises after meeting with borrowers, and wrote Cases recommending foreclosure actions. Prior to this she served as Sr. Vice President/Residential Construction and Development in a $500MM bank. She also has extensive experience in originating, underwriting and packaging residential loans as well as coordinating mortgage brokerage operations, commercial lending and loan servicing operations.
Jackson Winsett—Senior Consultant/Project Manager
Jack, an experienced Project Manager, currently manages a $379.3 MM Loss Share Agreement contract. His 35 years of experience in business, banking and military management have proven to be an asset in his current assignment and for Dittrich and Associates. Jack has extensive experience as an FDIC Receivership Assistance Contractor, where he served as the Project Manager for two receiverships with assets in excess of $1 billion each. During his tenure with the FDIC and the Resolution Trust Corporation, (“RTC”), Jack served as the Director of Operations, the Special Assistant to the Director of the Kansas City Office of RTC and as a Supervisory Managing Agent for the Kansas City Office of RTC. A goal oriented person, Jack possesses excellent leadership and managerial skills. He is also a retired United States Air Force Command Chief Master Sergeant previously assigned to the United States Air Force Reserve Command.
Regan Camp, Senior Consultant
Regan Camp currently serves our clients as a Senior Consultant, administering to FDIC Loss Share Agreements entered in to with the FDIC. He also provides our clients with specialized training in case writing and administration, while also utilizing his proficiency in a wide variety of computer applications to assist in the gathering, organizing and tracking of key information and reported data. Prior to joining Dittrich, in his capacity as a Senior Consultant/Asset Manager in Deloitte and Touches’ Federal Practice, Mr. Camp managed the day to day operations and eventual liquidations of several failed financial institutions’ asset portfolios taken into receivership by the FDIC, ranging in size from $300MM to $2.5 Billion. In this capacity, Mr. Camp acquired a vast amount of experience and expertise in directing and engaging in credit analysis, loan workout, case writing, legal monitoring, portfolio administration, strategic resolution planning and personnel management. Prior to his federal consulting work, Mr. Camp served as a Commercial Loan Officer at a $2.1 Billion lending institution, personally managing and funding a commercial loan portfolio in excess of $75MM.
